OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for dynamic, creative, talented, inspirational and committed project engineers to deliver an extraordinary pipeline of new products for the fastest-growing consumer product business in the world. The role will be responsible for new product development across a range of different projects. 

LOCATION: Suzhou

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

Responsibilities:
•    Follow up project issue under guidance of Project Engineering Manager
•    Follow up design review, DFMEA’s, KPI’s, product specifications, Tooling DFM, EB building, JIRA issues and action plan, DQTP testing, Product compliance;
•    Follow up product maintenance such as CAR, optimization & ECN’s;
•    Coordinate line extension projects with internal & OEMs to meet launch plan;
•    Acceptable the frequent travelling in APAC 

Skills:
•    Knowledge of plastic part design & basic concept of tooling structure and molding process
•    Ability to develop project schedules by Microsoft Project
•    Skilled in Creo 3D CAD design, 2D CAD review, TS analysis and DFM review
•    Understand on product regulations (UL, IEC, RoHS, Reach…)
•    Proactively to follow up the project to hit each milestones per schedule w/o delay 
•    Good communication and coordination skill to solve issues from EB build, DQTP test.. together w/ cross functional team and US/UK team
•    Good team work spirit and make things detail.
•    Good mindset and willing to be challenged under work pressure
•    Acceptable the frequent travelling in APAC 

Minimum Qualifications / Experience: 
•    Mechanical Engineering background with bachelor degree
•    Minimum 6 years’ project operation experience in home appliances industry. Preferably in medica device area and understand the relative regulations
